Our impact-resistant lidding for cold temperature transport offers excellent high-altitude creep resistance. Soft-peel Tyvek® lidding is available for non-sterile packaging applications.
Oliver-Tolas' proprietary Xhale® hot melt adhesives features superior anchorage for even the toughest lidding requirements. Lids coated with Xhale® adhesive seal to silicone PETG trays, provide wider seal temperature ranges, and create a superior seal window, allowing for easier validation. The superior porosity of Oliver-Tolas lids prevents sterilizer creep.
SealScience® water based adhesive heat-seal coatings are designed to create uniform seals with controlled peelability even when sealed under varying conditions. Oliver-Tolas' proprietary SealScience® adhesive technology adds value to Ovantex®, Tyvek®, paper and film lids. SealScience® adhesive will fluoresce under ultraviolet light and provide a visual seal transfer when peeled open.

To eliminate contamination risk, maximize porosity and reduce sterilization cycles, consider Osurance® zone coated lids, which provide optimal zone coverage and consistent seal integrity. Zone coating allows the application of Xhale® or SealScience® adhesive to be customized to medical tray, seal pouch, or other form-fill-seal (FFS) applications.
