Oliver Medical receives Innovator Award
Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA...Oliver Medical has received Converting Magazine's 2007 Innovator Award for Customer Focus.
Converting specifically cited Oliver's OnSite package engineering service as "a standout" that "extends beyond helping with mere 'material technical' issues." OnSite aids MDMs with testing and validation, ensuring ISO 11607 compliance, identifying cost savings, and meeting package engineering goals.
The award singles out Oliver for its innovative approach and its commitment to "thinking and acting like its customers," according to Converting. Oliver OnSite engineers have worked for major MDMs including Smith & Nephew, Medtronic, and Baxter Healthcare, providing the team with invaluable field experience and expertise.
