Oliver Medical receives technical innovation award
Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA...Oliver Medical has received a 2009 Silver Award in Technical Innovation from the Flexible Packaging Association for its exclusive Osurance® zone coated lids.
Osurance® zone coated lids combine optimal zone coverage, Oliver's exclusive Xhale® adhesive with sure-seal DotCoat® technology, and consistent seal integrity.
Manufactured in a certified ISO 14644-1 Class 8 clean room, Osurance® zone coated lids eliminate the risk of product contamination while maximizing porosity resulting in shortened sterilization cycles. Oliver's unique release-liner coating process applies adhesive in a controlled area along the package flange, eliminating adhesive exposure to the medical device.
