Osurance® zone coated lids combine optimal zone coverage and consistent seal integrity. Only Osurance®, only from Oliver-Tolas.
Osurance® lids feature your choice of Oliver-Tolas' proprietary adhesive formulations: Xhale® hot melt adhesive with sure-seal DotCoat® technology or SealScience® water based adhesive. The adhesive is applied in a zone, eliminating all risk of adhesive contamination of your device. Oliver-Tolas adhesives provide excellent hot tack and peel strength, with uniform adhesive transfer.
Other unique features include:
