Oliver-Tolas pouches are available in Ovantex®, Tyvek®, foil, film, or paper for EtO sterilization, radiation, and autoclave sterilization. Choose the material that provides the optimal light, moisture, and oxygen barrier and the best puncture resistance for your application.

Oliver-Tolas pouches on a roll are available in three grades of DuPont™ Tyvek®/film, paper/film, film/film, and peelable or tear-open foil/foil constructions; barrier properties depend on the material combinations selected. Pouches on a roll are compatible with automated packaging systems and in-house printers, allowing for increased throughput and reduced operating costs.

Oliver-Tolas Healthcare Packaging has designed the Ostasis™ Pouch in response to medical device manufacturers requirements for a sturdy package that can provide protection against pin-holing and film fracturing created by blister trays or heavy and bulky devices.
Oliver-Tolas Healthcare Packaging's Pocket Pouch was developed for use in hospitals, veterinary clinics and laboratories and features an external sleeve which can be used for printed inserts, such as instructions, test results, client records or other non-sterile components.
Dispos-a-vent™ film or foil barrier pouches provide superior barrier properties, with a disposable Tyvek® or paper vent that maximizes airflow during EtO sterilization. Peelable seals feature SealScience® heat seal coating for visual assurance of seal integrity.
